1 Discovery & Scope

Jude begins with a detailed assessment of the property, project goals, architectural intent, and budget. This stage clarifies the narrative direction, timelines, and the scale of the collection required for the space.

2 Concept & Proposal

A comprehensive proposal is created outlining curatorial direction, artist recommendations, materials, preliminary concepts, and estimated production timelines. This ensures full clarity and alignment before any commissions move forward.

3 Design & Curation

Once approved, Jude oversees artist selection, concept refinement, fabrication details, and the development of a cohesive, site-specific collection. Every work is curated to support the architecture, region, and guest experience, while staying within the established budget and schedule.

4 Production & Installation

Jude coordinates with artists, fabricators, art handlers, and shipping partners to ensure each piece arrives safely and is installed professionally. She remains involved through final placement to ensure the completed collection meets the design intent and performs at hospitality standards.
